Power Surge Alumnus Sofia Mujica to start at catcher for UCLA today as a Freshmen in her very first college game. Wow!! Good luck Sofia.

Last Sunday our Power Surge teams were invited to Whittier College for the day to do a workout with Coach Terry.
Power Surge's young 12u 2013 team just keeps on keeping on. They are an 11u team that plays like a 12u older team. Just qualified for PGF Nationals rather easily. They will play Platinum at PGF Nationals.
Power Surge Hammond wins the 12u championship of the very tough Moneyball tournament 3-0 over Power Surge Muren. They also go home $1500 richer as they win the cash for 1st Place. We are very proud to have the top two teams in this prestigious tournament.

Power Surge Muren 12u traveled to NorCal Stockton and went undefeated earning a Premier Berth to PGF Nationals the top of the top Nationals.

Nataly was awarded All Big West 1st Team All Conference, Big West Freshman Field Player of the Year, and All Freshman Team. Nataly we are so proud of you.
(May 9, 2025) Big shout out to Katie Walling for her "Newcomer of the Year" award. Katie tranfered to Northern Colorado and has made an impact for the Bears squad. Katie was also named to the Big Sky All Conference Honorable Mention. We are so proud of you Katie!
(May 9, 2025) Sacred Hearts Elle Leckrone had an amazing freshman year! Elle was named to MAAC All Rookie Conference and also took home MAAC 2nd team All Conference! Way to go Elle!

(May 4, 2025) Power Surge Walling Armas went undefeated in the AFA Cinco De Mayo Tournament in Las Vegas this weekend. They battled wind and rain and secured their spot to nationals in Utah! This team keeps getting better and better!
Big shout out to Aiyana a former Power Surge Walling player making an impact at Chico State to help her team this year. So proud of you Aiyana!
Congratulations to Galilea Pedraza-Payta for committing to the American International College
Congrats to the 18U Gold team for going 6-1 and winning the 18U division. They did that by outscoring their opponents, 69-13. Very impressive!
April 13th Power Surge Walling teams were treated to a awesome camp at Whttier College. Coach Terry Schweikert, staff, and players put on an amazing day of everything softball. The day included skils/drills, mental softball talk, tour and ended with games on Palmer Field. Oh and what a BBQ lunch put on by Dave Antczak and family! Highlight of the day was the players eating lunch with our PSW players talking college life as an athlete.

We would like to give a big shout out to 2 Power Surge Walling players who were awarded GSAC All Conference Players! Elysa Moreno and Savannah Sutton way to go-way to represent!
Great job Power Surge Walling Keegan. They went 4-0 and scored 53 runs in the event. Way to bring home the hardware!
Big shout out to Power Surge Walling/Shockley and Power Surge Walling/Spracklen for going #1 & #2 at the AFA Play for the Planet. Shockley went 4-0 and outscored opponents 48-4! Spraklen had 19 hits in the semi final game to get to the Championship! Power Surge future looks very promising!
